Mr. Rajeev Aloysius is the founder Director of Tourama (Pvt) Ltd., and currently serves as its Managing Director. He is concurrently Joint Managing Director of the holding company, The Autodrome PLC. He holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura; and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and a Fellow of the Certified Management Accountants (Sri Lanka). He is a past president/chairman of two affiliated associations at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, and served on the main committee of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce for 5 years, representing them. He serves as the company's chief Travel Consultant, with a primary interest in indepedent travel to all parts of Europe, with an interesti n travel itineraries to Australia, Japan, Vietnam, New Zealand, Canada and USA. He has written travel articles for newspapers, websites, newsletters and magazines in Sri Lanka.He serves on the Council of the IATA Agents Association of Sri Lanka (2021/22). He is also a director of Mercury (Pvt) Ltd and Seventy (Pvt) Ltd. He is the Hon. Treasurer of an incorporated arts organisation, the Chamber Music Society of Colombo. He has served as a member of the Thought Leadership (formerly Technical) Committee of CIMA Sri Lanka Division, and is currently a member of the AICPA-CIMA Sri Lanka Country Network Panel (2018-2020). He served as a member of the Committees at the Organisation of Professional Associations (OPA) for 6 years. He represents the company at Travel Agents Association of Sri Lanka general meetings.

Ms. Julie Aloysius joined the board in 1990 and is presently an Executive Director of Tourama (Pvt) Ltd, as well as holding the same position at The Autodrome PLC. She earned her Bachelors degree in Mass Communications from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA, and is a British and Sri Lankan dual citizen, with a keen interest in travel. She holds certificate in Fares and Ticketing, awarded by Sri Lankan Airlines, and certificates in Media Techniques: Journalism & Radio and Television & Video Production awarded by City & Guilds, London, U.K. She has been a member of Zonta Club II of Colombo since 2006, and was a member of the Board, for the biennium 2014-2016.
